Passionate about unlocking leadership potential — blending executive coaching and people strategy to create lasting organisational impact.
My story starts long before I did. My grandparents were born in Gujarat, India, before making their way to Kenya — joining a community of East African Asians who built something meaningful together. That is where my parents met: a boys-meets-girl story that eventually brought them to London, where they settled and raised my brother and me.
Growing up, my world was a happy mix of East and West — Bollywood on Dad’s record player on a Saturday night, Mum’s parathas in the kitchen, and my brother and I glued to the A-Team on the telly. It was rich, warm, and occasionally contradictory in all the best ways.
Life has taken its own path since then. I’m married to someone whose roots are firmly in Cornwall, and our children navigate a world that doesn’t always have a neat box for them — not quite brown enough, not quite white enough. But what might look like complexity from the outside is, for us, simply a life that’s culturally full. We celebrate Diwali and Christmas, Holi and Easter, Rakshabandhan and everything in between. I have learned to embrace who I am, with the unique perspective that comes from sitting at the intersection of cultures.
My Indian upbringing came with certain expectations: deference, service, not taking up too much space. For a long time, those themes shaped how I showed up — personally and professionally. Over time, I came to recognise how many people carry similar patterns, regardless of background: the quiet erosion of confidence, the struggle to find their voice, the difficulty of leading in a way that feels authentic.
That recognition is what drives my work. I support individuals, teams, and organisations to push past these limits — building self-belief, stronger communication, clearer boundaries, and a leadership style that is genuinely their own. Not a template. Not a performance. Something real.

Ang is a rare combination of empathy and commerciality, able to deftly navigate the challenges of an organisation and plan for progressive change in order to make impact. As a colleague she is warm and approachable but never shies away from the difficult conversations. Whilst working with her, we successfully navigated a number of organisational changes relying on her calm and attentive demeanour to settle colleagues and work with them to create solutions. As a member of the team, she is generous with her time and thoughtful in every interaction. I couldn’t recommend Ang highly enough.

Anglie very quickly developed an insightful understanding of our business, and our requirements, such that she was quickly able to positively impact on our decision making. All round she has great experience, a sharp mind and an engaging personality – so a pleasure to work with

I sought help from Anglie as I struggled with some career choices. I consider myself to be deeply self-reflective and yet, even as I know so, I knew that there were questions I needed to ask myself, but I simply didn’t know what they were. It takes a coach of exceptional skill to help someone who is already as intensely self-aware as I am. And I had no hesitation in reaching out to Anglie, knowing she’ll help me with the path I needed to forge. Her skills in profound listening also come from a place of lengthy experience. She knows not just what she’s listening to, but what is not being said. Reflecting this back as well calling out any deflection, it might seem like counselling at times, but to hold up the clearest mirror to a client with kindness, compassion and skill, in addition to moving you forward professionally – well, it’s a rare talent. Anglie has it in spades.

I’m grateful for working with Anglie, who seamlessly moves between being a consultant, coach and confidente to adapt to what you need when you need it. Anglie’s natural strength is her blend of sharp commercial awareness and compassionate HR knowledge. Her ability to ‘say what she sees’ in a way that doesn’t leave others feeling bruised is something that I will always remember. Anglie’s gift to us was the way that she enabled my SLT and me to step back and create some space to really think.

The prevailing sense when connecting with Anglie is of warmth and kindness. However, despite the comfort that this generates in the relationship, I very quickly realised that the coaching experience was not going to be an easy ride. Where I’ve managed to slide around in coaching relationships before, play turning-the-table tricks etc, to get out of the uncomfortable spotlight, on this occasion I was either going to have a fight that I wasn’t sure to win, or succumb with grace. For me, Anglie’s power as a coach comes from her ability to show personal vulnerability whilst keeping my feet to the fire with an iron grip. The dichotomy in her being keeps me a little off balance and the result is I am open to new thinking and have a commitment to follow through on actions we discuss.

I decided to make a career change after 10 years in the same industry. When I thought about looking for a new job and interviewing I felt overwhelmed. Initially, I engaged with Anglie to gain a little direction and focus. What I received was a lot more. While marketing someone else’s product or service had never been a problem, when it came to my own skills – I would draw a blank. Anglie is an excellent listener, motivator and communicator. Through her interesting sessions and activities, Anglie was able to help me reconnect with my passions and keep me focused on the positive things I could offer. Leveraging her expertise, we were able to clearly position my skills, accomplishments and personal strengths, leaving me with a better understanding of myself and in a more confident position to engage prospective employers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends and colleagues. She is a creative and encouraging coach.
