The Story Behind My Journey

The Story

I founded this practice because I kept seeing the same gap: brilliant leaders with all the right tools, still missing something that no framework could give them – a coach who’d actually been in the room, and who understood that leadership looks different depending on who you are and where you’ve come from. Growing up at the intersection of several different cultures gave me an instinct for what’s unspoken in a room; twenty years in organisations gave me the experience to know what to do about it.

Real change starts with honest conversations, practical tools, and someone genuinely invested in your success – that’s what I bring to every client I work with.

I’ve spent over twenty years across financial services, retail, consulting, engineering and media – as a leader first, then as the person leaders turned to when things got hard. I’ve sat inside culture crises, organisational restructures, and the quiet moments where someone realises the version of themselves that got them here won’t get them further. That’s where I learned what actually moves people, not just what the frameworks say should.

I’m the person executives and organisations trust with the conversations that matter most – helping leaders step fully into who they are, build cultures worth staying for, and do it without losing themselves in the process.
