From the very first moment I met you, I had the feeling that you would be a coach I could truly rely on. There was an immediate instinct from my side that your coaching style, the way you challenge, train, and provide direct and honest feedback, would be exactly the kind of support I needed in order to grow.
Throughout our sessions, we had many valuable conversations around my focus areas, where I wanted to develop, how I could build more confidence, and how I could strengthen my impact. Your guidance, the thoughtful questions you asked, and the additional tools, resources, and materials you shared have been incredibly valuable – not only for my professional growth but also for my personal development.
One of the biggest outcomes I have seen is a significant increase in my confidence, especially when it comes to presentations, discussions, and communicating my perspective. This growth has also been recognized by the wider team and organization, which makes me even more grateful that I had the opportunity to go through this coaching journey with you.
Our final session also made me realize that this journey does not feel finished or closed. I feel that I have built a strong foundation, but I do not want to lose the momentum and progress we have created. I want to continue building on the learnings, further developing my skills, and continuing to challenge myself to grow.
Thank you again for all your support, guidance, and for believing in my potential. I truly appreciate the impact you have had on my growth.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Anglie since 2018, when she was brought in to support the formation and development of a newly restructured Senior Leadership Team in the UK.
From the outset, Anglie played a pivotal role in shaping the team’s foundations. She guided a diverse group of leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations and HR to align around a clear vision and mission, while establishing strong team principles. Through her facilitation, we developed a shared “SLT pact” that encouraged openness, honesty, and the confidence to have the difficult conversations needed to move forward as a unified team.
Her ability to translate strategic intent into practical action was instrumental. Not only did she help transform the SLT into a cohesive, high-performing unit, but she also supported us in cascading this vision and way of working across the wider organisation through structured strategic and tactical frameworks.
Following this, Anglie continued to add significant value by supporting the evolution of our people strategy. She worked closely with Operations and other functions to embed consistent approaches to performance management, succession planning, and cross-departmental development—ensuring these were not just concepts but lived practices.
A standout contribution was her involvement in the rollout of a European-wide performance management framework. Anglie collaborated effectively across multiple countries, balancing consistency with sensitivity to cultural differences, and played a key role in deploying new competency and soft skills models across the region.
Alongside her organisational impact, Anglie has also been a trusted coach to individuals, supporting the development of new SLT members and strengthening capability in areas such as performance management and employee engagement.
Anglie brings a rare combination of strategic insight, practical delivery, and the ability to build genuine trust at all levels of an organisation. Her work has had a lasting impact on both our leadership team and the broader business, and I would highly recommend her to any organisation looking to strengthen its people and leadership capability.
Anglie you have been a force of such positive impact. Mat cover, personal coach and cultural intelligence expert all rolled into one inspiring person. Uncommon talent.
Ang is a rare combination of empathy and commerciality, able to deftly navigate the challenges of an organisation and plan for progressive change in order to make impact. As a colleague she is warm and approachable but never shies away from the difficult conversations. Whilst working with her, we successfully navigated a number of organisational changes relying on her calm and attentive demeanour to settle colleagues and work with them to create solutions. As a member of the team, she is generous with her time and thoughtful in every interaction. I couldn’t recommend Ang highly enough.
Anglie very quickly developed an insightful understanding of our business, and our requirements, such that she was quickly able to positively impact on our decision making. All round she has great experience, a sharp mind and an engaging personality – so a pleasure to work with
I sought help from Anglie as I struggled with some career choices. I consider myself to be deeply self-reflective and yet, even as I know so, I knew that there were questions I needed to ask myself, but I simply didn’t know what they were. It takes a coach of exceptional skill to help someone who is already as intensely self-aware as I am. And I had no hesitation in reaching out to Anglie, knowing she’ll help me with the path I needed to forge. Her skills in profound listening also come from a place of lengthy experience. She knows not just what she’s listening to, but what is not being said. Reflecting this back as well calling out any deflection, it might seem like counselling at times, but to hold up the clearest mirror to a client with kindness, compassion and skill, in addition to moving you forward professionally – well, it’s a rare talent. Anglie has it in spades.
I’m grateful for working with Anglie, who seamlessly moves between being a consultant, coach and confidente to adapt to what you need when you need it. Anglie’s natural strength is her blend of sharp commercial awareness and compassionate HR knowledge. Her ability to ‘say what she sees’ in a way that doesn’t leave others feeling bruised is something that I will always remember. Anglie’s gift to us was the way that she enabled my SLT and me to step back and create some space to really think.
The prevailing sense when connecting with Anglie is of warmth and kindness. However, despite the comfort that this generates in the relationship, I very quickly realised that the coaching experience was not going to be an easy ride. Where I’ve managed to slide around in coaching relationships before, play turning-the-table tricks etc, to get out of the uncomfortable spotlight, on this occasion I was either going to have a fight that I wasn’t sure to win, or succumb with grace. For me, Anglie’s power as a coach comes from her ability to show personal vulnerability whilst keeping my feet to the fire with an iron grip. The dichotomy in her being keeps me a little off balance and the result is I am open to new thinking and have a commitment to follow through on actions we discuss.
I decided to make a career change after 10 years in the same industry. When I thought about looking for a new job and interviewing I felt overwhelmed. Initially, I engaged with Anglie to gain a little direction and focus. What I received was a lot more. While marketing someone else’s product or service had never been a problem, when it came to my own skills – I would draw a blank. Anglie is an excellent listener, motivator and communicator. Through her interesting sessions and activities, Anglie was able to help me reconnect with my passions and keep me focused on the positive things I could offer. Leveraging her expertise, we were able to clearly position my skills, accomplishments and personal strengths, leaving me with a better understanding of myself and in a more confident position to engage prospective employers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to my friends and colleagues. She is a creative and encouraging coach.
